PRIVACY & CUSTOMER INFORMATION

Privacy Notice

How information submitted through the Purestream Airconditioning Services website is used and managed.

Information you choose to share

When you request a quotation, arrange a site assessment, submit a support enquiry or leave a review, the website may collect information you provide: your name, email, phone number, service location, preferred visit details, equipment information, reference number and written comments. Please do not include payment-card numbers, passwords or unrelated sensitive personal information in an enquiry.

Why the information is used

Information is used to respond to enquiries, prepare quotations, review site-visit requests, coordinate technicians, keep relevant service and equipment records, and provide after-sales follow-up. Preferred dates are requests, not automatically confirmed bookings.

Reviews and project photographs

Reviews are submitted for staff moderation. If a review is approved, the reviewer name, rating, service type, review text and posting date may be visible to website visitors. Project photographs published in the gallery are publicly viewable, including images uploaded to public image storage. Staff should only publish photographs for which they have appropriate permission and should avoid visible customer details or identifiable people without consent.

Storage and access

The website uses Supabase to process and store submitted enquiries, reviews, product and gallery records, and staff-managed operational records. Authorized Purestream staff may access relevant customer records through a login-protected dashboard. Public visitors can browse published catalogue entries, approved reviews and published project photographs; private customer requests are not intended to be publicly accessible.

Service providers and hosting

The website may use Supabase for database and image storage and a hosting provider for serving the website. If the business enables optional email delivery, approved notification details may be processed through an email provider. Basic browser/network information may also be processed by infrastructure providers to operate and secure the website.

Fraud prevention and form security

Cloudflare Turnstile may be used to check submissions for automated activity when online forms are available. The website hosting provider may process network information such as an IP address, browser details and security signals for verification. The server also uses short-lived, one-way keyed fingerprints of connection and contact data to rate-limit repeated submissions; raw IP addresses and emails are not stored in the separate rate-limit table. Customer contact details needed to answer an enquiry are stored in the corresponding enquiry record.

Retention, corrections and enquiries

Business records are retained as needed for legitimate operations and any applicable legal requirements. To ask about a record, request a correction or raise a privacy concern, email [email protected] or use the customer support enquiry form on the main website.

Website technologies

Essential browser storage may be used for staff sessions and interface preferences. External fonts may be loaded for consistent typography. Additional cookies or analytics, if enabled, will be described in an updated notice.
